Avernus is OPEN for Buisness!

This is all of you right now: "Wtf is Avernus?" HAHAHAHAH!

Avernus is the brainchild of Ace. One day he says to me. "Baby? I wanna get a 1/4 sim." And I listened to his ideas and I totally believed in them. You all know we are a member of a vampire clan, Dark Moon. And it's great that they don't enforce a vampire theme on everyone who wants to join their family.

But what about people who love vampire culture? (Just got an Ankh tatt, btw. It's so awesome. I'll post pics when it's finished) What about the people who want a place where they can be turned in a darker, rp themed atmosphere in sl? So we built Avernus together.


I'm not going to post any pics of the lands that we worked so hard on, because you really have to come and see it yourself. It's amazing. But here I am, playing my harpsichord. Lady Lyris (the mad) Be sure to pic up the rules notecard, which also contains the storyline.

Why you should never go to bed early in SL part 2

Yep. Lookie what you missed if you went to bed early last night. The Thriller. If you aren't in the know, Ace and I are getting 1/4 th of a sim and making it a medieval vampire themed bloodlines friendly area. It's going to be awesomeness. I have such a creative sweetie. ♥ So La Casa De La Musica will be no more and last night was our farewell party to my beloved mini club. Lots of people were there on and off, but this was my favorite moment. We all put on our thriller dance orbs, I downloaded the actual song and we did the thriller three times in a row.

This is my new scary-as-hell vampire look. Ace is beside me in his mummy glory.

Major can be spotted in this pic pretty well. This is before I actually applied a picture to the floor. I hate it when I accidentally change textures. It's almost as annoying as when I accidentally give people pictures.



And there's Ahna. It was decided last night that Ace and I have adopted her. ROFL. I'm her mum and Ace is her Daddykins. That's right, any further guys trying to get into her pants must now go through US. And we're VERY SCARY PARENTS. GRR!

Why you should never go to bed early in SL

Rule #1 if you're one of my friends. Never go to bed early. Why? Because a random pole/pool party might happen if you do.

So, Ace and I stopped by Phen's house last night and just when it seemed I might have fallen asleep she told me I could stream if I wanted to. I did, and then Ace stripped to his bixers. . . then I stripped to my kini. . .then a party was started.


Rahvai and Red. I managed to take a picture of Rah WITHOUT his manbits in the picture. GO ME!


Me and Ace snuggled up while V and Beks take the pole. This is at the end of the party before I finally hit the sack. I made them get dressed so I could take decent pics of em. Beks and I WERE on the pole first. .

I got jealous of V snuggling with my man. .


Beks is sooo HAWT. And apparently she's blonde now. . ?

So next time, Clench, don't be a party pooper and be all grown up and sleep. . cuz you missed TONS OF FUN! Yes, the GAY GUN was used, as was the NOOB TOSS, and the SPAM GUN.

Funny enough the penis gun and the sperm gun weren't used. Mebbie we're maturing a bit?

Look of the Day #12

Now I know you all ask yourself, what does Lyris wear when she's shopping? It's okay. Don't be ashamed of your curiosity. But I'm just like the rest of you. I like wearing something comfortable yet stylish.

Hahahaha, enough ego stroking. Nobody cares what I wear. It's okay. But when I put together an outfit that makes me go "Oh, I look so cute today!" I've gotta blog it.


I love the new hair by Truth. It's sooooo cute. And paired with the eyeglasses I got from 50L friday way back, it's too perfect.


It's really funny. Today I was jumping around the Stumblebum group hotspots and found this bag. I was ACTUALLY thinking about bags today, too. I always see people wearing them in their blogs' look of the day. I ACTUALLY WAS JUST THINKING before I got this bag how silly having a bag was since you couldn't actually put anything in it.

Then I saw this bag and fell in love. The buttons change when you click them. I love "i'm a cliche" and "slogans are tacky"

Wow. . never did one of these this late before. Usually it's something I do early in the morning. But, with my busy schedule, I thought I'd squeeze it in before bed, before I didn't do it at all.

Next week I'll be DJing a couple times at DeVille's but not at Twiztid Temp - err Twiztid Toonz, because they've decided to become an 80's only club. No thank you. I love 80's music as much as the next 80's brat, but I won't play JUST the music from that era. I'd slit my wrists if I had to.

Okay I haven't died, I promise. I'm just really busy with my sister's college graduation. Oh, the penalties of living at home. You get nominated for family involvement whether you want or not. So I've been very exhausted almost every day this week and haven't even had much time for SL or even shopping on SL.

As a dj, I have grown to love Lady Gaga. I don't know why, since I was one of her biggest Un-fans before. But, after a while, you start to find yourself singing along with her. Then you actually go and watch her videos. And, while you are sitting there with your mouth open, going "What the fawk. .?" You start to like the fashion. Okay So mebbie not all the fashion.
But I like leather and studds. Couldn't find a hair I liked though. At least it's blonde?

ZOMG! Double digits! Okay I'm really sick today, but still blogging. My sister moved back home with her dog and I'm highly allergic to the buggers. Apparently even the little ones. So my throat is swollen, my eyes are burning, and my ears are filled with fluid. Yuck. But my avatar still manages to look hawt. Yesterday I saw the shoulder armor thing here and I got to wondering, what an urban angel might look like. This is what I Pieced together. . .


I dunno why I call her Urban Angel and not Modern Angel or whatnot. It's just the name that popped into my head.

HAPPY EASTER!

Okay so mebbie I'm a day early. But like I'm really gonna be on Second Life when easter hits tomorrow? . . . Yea I prolly will. BUT you never know. I might suddently get a life. Stranger things have happened. HAHAHA. So Adorkable has these AWESOME free easter poses. This one is called "Me and my Peeps". I discovered, last night, that my fucking adorable as hell brit, Ace, had no idea what peeps were. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? And here I thought they were universal. Personally, I can't stand the nasty fuckers. I usually trade my sister for her peanut butter cups or her cadbury eggs. *shrugs* Still . .


Okay so my attire was bought pre-packaged. You have no idea how long I was on xstreet trying to find something that didn't look like a playboy bunny costume. I"m serious. I was actually cussing about it. (Not that I don't cuss normally, I guess. . .) I LOVE THIS OUTFIT! Black Leather and Easter should ALWAYS GO TOGETHER IMHO.


Check out the eggs dangling from my belt and OHMYFUCKINGGAWD I just realized that the carrot isn't strapped to my thigh. Oh well. It's cool. Just take my word for it.

Last night we went to an easter sim with our vampire clan. Massive amounts of fun were had. If you missed it, it royally sucks to be you.

We might not be the most stylish people, but we're fucking awesome anyway. This is what happens after a night of zombie slaying when Bekah and I are going through our hair collection. We all found hawks and put em on. (Granted, my hawk is lame) Sorry about no look of the day yesterday. But I was busy with Phen's party, DJing and all that. Stuff, some more random excuses, and more stuff.

Moving on.


Awwe, Truth came out with this sweet hairdo. It's like Maryanne, but with lots of curly wisps that make it soooooo adorable. I also headed back to Somethin' in your mouth store and promptly almost bought everything there.


I LOVE THESE SHOES! I saw them in an add with the pants I'm wearing, too. HAD TO HAVE EM. Actually found em by accident on Xstreet, when I was looking for something else. SNAG!


Also, SINISTYLE HAS MADE NEW SHIT FINALLY! After almost being dormant for a year. They promise to make more soon, too.
